System Tune-up- For the greatest fuel savings and to prevent unexpected failures, the Comprehensive plan includes a system tune-up valued at $159.00. We clean and adjust filters and controls, lubricate motors, inspect safety devices and conduct an efficiency test.
Parts and Labor Coverage- To protect you from expensive service calls, your plan includes the repair or replacement of all listed parts valued over $3,000. No additional cost.

Deluxe Protection includes all parts listed under the comprehensive PLUS expansion/Extrol tanks, auxiliary pumps, automatic water feeders, parts for air cleaners, humidifiers, draft inducers, and any part in direct contact with the heating system water, tankless coils, gaskets, circulator bearing assembly, pressure reducing and relief valves.

If your gas heating or hot water system fails, protect yourself from expensive service bills with this protection plan. You receive coverage on the burner 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a 1 hour call back and no deductible.

Items NOT covered by the protection plan: Seasonal pilot light ups and Dual Controls used for Heating & Cooling. Other items not covered include labor and or materials for the following, which are considered to be normal customer maintenance, circumstances beyond our control, or not an integral part of the equipment. Heat exchangers, water tanks, chimneys, chimney systems, energy saving devices, vent dampers, humidifiers ,air cleaners, repairing or replacing boiler sections, filtering systems, thermostat wiring,
programmable and clock thermostats, expansion tanks, water feed valves, flow checks, piping, cooling coils, zone valve bodies, air vents, setting air flow, zone dampers and domestic tankless water coils, or specialty filters.. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
