System Tune-up- For the greatest fuel savings and to prevent unexpected failures, the Comprehensive plan includes a system tune-up valued at $100.00. We clean and adjust filters and controls, lubricate motors, inspect safety devices and conduct an efficiency test.
Parts and Labor Coverage- To protect you from expensive service calls, your plan includes the repair or replacement of all parts listed on Diagrams 1,2,3, valued over $3,000. No additional cost.
24X7 Emergency Service- If your heating system fails, relax and call us to help. You receive nonstop emergency service by our experts. We will either respond or call you within the hour, even on weekends and holidays. It's quality service you can count on.

Extend your coverage to include every part in direct contact with the heating system water - every pipe, coil and valve. This unique offering is the best choice for total protection. The Deluxe Protection Plan gives you everything in the Comprehensive plan plus extends coverage to a broader list.
Deluxe Protection includes all parts in Diagrams 1,2, and 3, plus baseboard, radiators, duct work, expansion/Extrol tanks, auxiliary pumps, automatic water feeders, air cleaners, humidifiers, draft inducers, any part in direct contact with the heating system water, tankless coils, gaskets, circulator bearing assembly, pressure reducing and relief valves.
To determine if your system is currently eligible or if any deficiencies must be brought up to code, we will schedule an inspection at your convenience.
Oil-Fired Hot Water Heater Protection

You can save money every year by scheduling a tune-up for your oil-fired hot water heater. A hot water heater that runs efficiently will burn less oil, burn cleaner and help prevent the inconveniences associated with losing hot water for dishwashers, washing machines and showers. If you have a problem, we provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
During the tune-up we inspect the operation of the burner in your hot water heater. We will clean, lubricate and adjust the parts needed to provide the highest efficiency. This plan also covers the replacement of all burner parts listed in Diagram 3, valued over $1,000, at no additional cost.

You receive coverage on the burner, which includes the cost to adjust, repair, or replace over 25 parts. Protection Plan For Air-Conditioning Systems

- Inspection and Lubrication
- Priority Schedule
Keep cool in the dead heat of the summer and save money at the same time. Our plan includes a preventative maintenance visit of 1.5 hours, valued at $112.00, for only $85.00. We will inspect the A/C operation, clean the unit, lubricate components and if needed, service your humidifier and electronic air cleaner. You also receive priority service when scheduling emergency visits. Additional time will be billed at our prevailing rate.
